I've been here for about 7 yrs. And have discovered a bunch of wonderful people. This park is private owned. Some restrictions do not apply, but who am I. I try to keep my lot clean and so do many many others, but some well its not for me to say. This is a quiet park and I enjoy living here.
The people that say nuce things about this place are family . Tell the tryth its straught up gross. PAY400.0 for bugs and drunks and rude staff do not think so. The staff member son is a drunk there cayses problems. Great. Friendly, helpful, quiet, affordable. Nothing fancy, but close to everything Tampa. Close to Plant City (Strawberry Fest), about an hour to the beach, 30 minutes to Hard Rock Casino. I like the place.
Very nice people , they were very family and fun oriented , I was there 4. Years and loved it . Never no problems and very clean place to be . I would love to take some food for Thanksgiving and a remembrance at club house for Roger Hall . I miss him and it's been very hard ! To everyone who knew him just post on my face book .
